lending experience, Chris has earned dual
licenses. He is a California-licensed Real
Estate Broker as well as a Securities and
Exchange Commission-licensed Registered Representative
for commercial tenants in common (TIC) investments.
His in-depth knowledge of the diverse San
Francisco and Southern Marin neighborhood
markets along with his background in macro-economics
and mortgage financing enable him to assist
his clients to successfully navigate an increasingly
complex real estate environment.
